Chick-fil-A Westside is seeking a Junior Operational Leader to join our fast-paced multi-unit team in Los Angeles. You will empower others, build winning teams, and uphold a positive, people-focused culture.

You will train a 100+ person crew, support upper management to boost profitability through effective training and sales, and ensure food safety while delivering Chick-fil-A hospitality standards. Sundays off are provided.

Qualifications

• Open availability.
• Leadership experience (1 year preferred).
• Hospitality experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Train a team of 100+ members.
• Assist upper management in increasing profitability through training and sales.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
