Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to planned menus and tested recipes following safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate the point of sale system and support inventory processes.
• Assist with daily production records, meal counts, and deliveries as trained.
• Supervise kitchen staff and fill in for managers when needed.
