This is a comprehensive leadership track, not a passive internship, with daily coaching and a focus on census development, budgeting, marketing, HR, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field preferred).
• Eligible to participate in the state's Administrator in Training program.
• Strong leadership potential and a desire to build a long-term career in post-acute care.
