Job summary

San Antonio Country Club is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare items for your station according to par sheets and instructions, ensuring timely service and adherence to recipes set by the Chef on duty.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, requiring meticulous cleanliness, adherence to health codes, and collaboration with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. Previous kitchen experience and a Safe-Serve certificate are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment to ensure compliance with local and state health codes
• Prepare all food according to recipes and guidelines established by the Executive Chef
• Enforce and abide by all established country club policies pertinent to kitchen operations
• Assist with preparation of other food products as needed
• Prepares or assist in preparing employee meals as needed
• Perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by Executive Sous, Banquet Sous or Executive Chef
