White Lodging is opening The Yacht Club at Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin, offering a seafood-forward dining experience with coastal influences. We seek Server Assistants to join the opening and ongoing operations of this luxury concept.

As part of a premier Marriott Autograph Collection property, you will help deliver polished service, assist with front-of-house operations, and grow into the server role while providing hospitality to guests in a dynamic high-end environment.

Formación

Experience in high-volume dining environments.

Responsabilidades

Ensure all tables are clean and properly set; assist with running food.
Communicate with servers; assist with table maintenance and beverage delivery.
Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality.
Learn to operate the Host Stand.
Know menu items, contents, preparation, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
Open and close duties; perform cleaning.
Process all payment methods.
Maintain neat, professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The Yacht Club is the signature seafood restaurant at Hotel Trinity, Autograph Collection — Austin\'s newest luxury boutique hotel, opening late 2026 at the corner of Trinity and Fifth Streets in the heart of downtown Austin. As the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in the city center, Hotel Trinity is a 258-room private hideaway located next to Antone\'s in the historic 6th Street entertainment district. The Yacht Club anchors the hotel\'s ground floor, offering a refined yet approachable take on coastal cuisine — high-quality fresh seafood and oyster bar experiences complemented by thoughtful steakhouse offerings, seasonal menus, and an elevated wine and beverage program. Designed to be a destination for Austin locals and hotel guests alike, The Yacht Club pairs polished, attentive service with a lively, social energy to create one of the city\'s most anticipated upscale seafood dining experiences.

We are seeking experienced Server Assistants to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of The Yacht Club. This is a rare opportunity to open a fine-dining restaurant from the ground up —at one of Austin\'s most exciting new hospitality concepts. Featuring a guest-only rooftop pool, world-class hospitality amenities with residential appointments, and the city\’s most sought-after high-end seafood restaurant and oyster bar, Hotel Trinity offers a luxury boutique experience unlike any other — a place to work, play, and stay out of the fray.

Responsibilities

What You\'ll Do

Ensure all tables are clean and properly set and food running as needed.
Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
Learn to operate the Host Stand.
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
Process all payment methods.
Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
