Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. You will start as a student with mentorship, hands-on guidance, and training across styling, color techniques, and practice on mannequins.

This program paves a path to professional earning potential while you complete licensure. As you progress, you can earn hourly compensation and transition to a licensed pro with potential for commissions up to 75% and an 8-level career ladder.

Qualifications

• Current beauty school enrollment, ready to transition into a professional career.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon and front desk areas.
• Participate in a training plan developed with the Salon Leader.
• Assist licensed pros during consultations and services where appropriate.
• Observe and learn from seasoned cosmetologists to sharpen skills.
• Build a client base through product knowledge and service excellence.
