Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in beauty school and transitioning to a professional career.
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from seasoned pros.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience in the salon workflow.
• Develop your craft through a structured training plan.
• Partner with licensed professionals for consultations and guidance.
• Observe and learn by watching salon professionals.
• Build a strong client base through product knowledge and service.
