Hair Cuttery Family of Brands invites cosmetology students to join the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. Start with a 90-day mentorship, new hire orientation, and advanced technical training while you’re still a student, with on-the-job guidance from seasoned professionals.

Earn while you learn with hourly compensation and a path up an 8-level career ladder; once licensed, you can increase earnings through commissions and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Must be a beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts to maximize learning and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and support actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon professionals and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: receive training on product knowledge, consultations, and building a strong clientele.
