Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands invites cosmetology students to join the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. You will begin as a student, with mentorship and hands-on guidance to grow your skills behind the chair in our salons.

As you progress, certified stylists can move up our 8-Level Career Ladder and 12 Price Levels to boost earnings, with top earners making $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Current beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
