Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for our FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. Start-to-work training blends mentorship with hands-on practice, helping you earn while you learn in a salon environment. As a hairstylist student, you gain observation, technique classes, and on-the-job guidance from seasoned professionals.

No sponsorship; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and ready to build a career.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as beauty school student preparing for professional career.
• Willingness to learn and develop hairstyling skills.
• Strong customer service and communication mindset.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon and assist team members.
• Participate in the training plan developed with your Salon Leader.
• Assist licensed professionals with consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching Salon Professionals and asking questions to improve skills.
• Help build a strong clientele through product knowledge and service training.
