Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience by working the reception area and assisting salon teams.
• Develop craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching professionals and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Build a strong clientele through professional product knowledge and consultations.
