Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking an Apprentice with a clear path to General Manager to help run daily restaurant operations. You’ll learn to hire and train team members, manage schedules, monitor P&L, forecast sales, and ensure a guest-obsessed dining experience.

You’ll be part of a team committed to cultivating a better world, with a focus on fast, high-quality, responsible food and excellent hospitality. This role is on-site at a Chipotle location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management is preferred.
• Scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day operational aspects of the restaurant, including scheduling, P&L management, and staffing.
