Qualifications

• One year of management experience preferred within Domino’s or similar quick-service environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to achieve high performance and 5 Star Status.
• Train and develop Team Members; lead by example.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance and maintain brand standards.
• Establish and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Protect cash, inventory and other assets per policy.
