Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make decisions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve high standards.
• Promotes Domino’s brand through professional conduct and communication.
• Reviews daily sales, food cost and labor; adjusts plans accordingly.
• Ensures food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Maintains high level of customer service.
• Motivates staff and leads by example.
• Protects cash, inventory, and other assets per guidelines.
