Bank of America’s Merrill Advisor Development Program seeks individuals aiming to transition to a Financial Advisor role. You will identify client needs, craft investment recommendations, and collaborate with Merrill advisor teams to grow portfolio coverage.

You will train with guidance from our Academy and leadership, building skills in financial planning, client reviews, and end-to-end advisory processes. This role emphasizes in-office collaboration and a structured development path.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded.
• Investments industry knowledge and training.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build trust with clients.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings and position Bank of America/Merrill services.
• Develop and manage a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Gather client data following KYC procedures to open accounts as appropriate.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives, resources, and risk profile.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
