Trainees will learn to build a personalized practice through distance learning, mentorship, and hands-on client engagement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Strong sales experience or business development in financial services preferred.
• Licenses/certifications (SIE, Series 7/66, Life/Health/Variable Annuity) required or obtainable within prescribed timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Become trained to perform the Financial Advisor role under supervision.
• Meet production targets and build a book of business for AMP goals.
• Provide high level client service and manage client relationships.
