Raymond James is seeking a Financial Advisor Trainee to learn how to build an individual practice under mentorship. The role balances new client development, sales activities, investment management, customer service and compliance with ongoing professional growth. The AMP program supports long-term development toward independence.

You will pursue required licenses, engage with mentors and advisors, and develop a client network through community presence and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in sales or business environments.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7 and 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months; Life/Health/Variable Annuity licenses within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Meet production targets and build a book of business aligned with AMP goals.
• Provide high-level client service and manage client relationships end-to-end.
• Identify investment opportunities and present suitable products and services.
