You will train with a mentor and senior advisors to learn to build an individual practice, balance client development with investment management and compliance, and pursue required licenses for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years' sales or business experience.
• Strong communication and client-service oriented.
• Ability to learn investment products and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Builds a client book aligned with AMP program goals and assets under management.
• Meets production targets to contribute to revenue goals.
• Delivers high level client service and manages client relationships.
• Develops client pipeline through networking and community engagement.
• Completes required program training and licenses within prescribed timeframes.
