Raymond James is offering the Advisory Mastery Program (AMP), a development track that trains and mentors new advisors in technical and sales skills to build a successful retirement and wealth-management practice. Trainees develop client pipelines, assess needs, and guide investment choices aligned with clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four-year College or university preferred.
• Minimum of four years working experience, including sales (preferably intangible) or business experience demonstrating achievement.
• SIE required with ability to obtain within 4 months from start of program; Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months from start of program.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity or ability to obtain within 6 months from start of program.

Responsibilities

• Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement, centers of influence and developing niches.
• Manage full scope of client relationship by evaluating client financial needs and investment opportunities.
• Recommend investment products, solutions, and services based on client needs, time horizons, risk profile, and preferences.
• Develop a book of business for assets under management and required production.
• Complete required program training and assignments and obtain mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes.
• Maintain high level of client service and communicate effectively with clients.
