Raymond James is seeking candidates for the Advisory Mastery Program (AMP), a training path to become a Financial Advisor. The program emphasizes education, mentorship, and both technical and sales skills.

Trainees develop client relationships, build a pipeline, and work toward production targets after year one. Successful AMP Advisors meet production targets that contribute to revenue and client outcomes, while receiving comprehensive support and licensing prep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Licensing: SIE, and Series 7/66 or ability to obtain within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Build a client pipeline through networking, referrals and community involvement.
• Assess client financial needs and goals to recommend suitable investment strategies.
• Develop and manage a book of business aligned with AMP program targets.
• Complete program training and obtain required licenses within set timeframes.
