Responsibilities

• Achieve district sales goals and profitability targets while maintaining home store performance.
• Support the DSM in evaluating people and performance and improving sales.
• Assist in staffing stores within the district and managing Loss Prevention practices.
• Direct store operations and provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store management candidates as per Regional/DSM instructions.
• Train, develop, and promote store employees within the district.
