You will handle ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and staff development while upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with preferred supervisory experience in deli or food service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
