Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking recent graduates for the 2027 Sales Genesis Program. The path starts with a four-month training in Mason, OH, followed by three to four months in Mexico City on a fixed-term contract with the possibility of full-time employment.

You will gain product knowledge, sharpen communication and presentation skills, and learn SVS and Challenger sales methods while engaging enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with knowledge of engineering design, product development and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and teamwork orientation are required.
• Driven, self-motivated with a proactive attitude to learn and grow.
• Strong technical leadership potential is desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency is required (written and spoken).
• Open to relocation across locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop verbal and written communication skills through customer interactions.
• Enhance presentation abilities and persuasive communication.
• Learn the Digital Enterprise product portfolios and Go-To-Market strategies.
• Apply SVS and Challenger sales methods in sales opportunities.
• Qualify customer interest across industries and product domains.
• Prepare and execute effective meeting plans with enterprise customers.
• Explain features, functions, and business benefits of SISW products.
• Support relationships with key customers and contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with extended sales teams and understand licensing offerings.
