• Develop knowledge of consumer bankruptcy matters and procedures
• Assist with and manage bankruptcy cases as experience develops
• Participate in client meetings and consultations
• Prepare for and attend hearings and other proceedings
• Communicate case requirements and next steps to clients
• Work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Develop ability to independently manage a caseload
• Maintain accurate documentation and consistent client follow-up
• Provide professional and compassionate service to consumers
