This is a highly client-facing position for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients and can confidently manage cases, hearings, and frequent client meetings.

The attorney will generally assume responsibility for matters around the signing phase and remain involved throughout the case. The practice operates on a flat fee model with no billable-hour requirement, allowing attorneys to focus on effectively managing their caseload and serving clients.
