Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking an Associate Attorney in Dallas to manage a high-volume consumer bankruptcy caseload from signing through completion, plus attend hearings and related proceedings. You will conduct frequent client meetings, advise clients on next steps, and maintain organized case management throughout a fast-paced process.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Texas law license, possess bankruptcy experience, and demonstrate strong client-facing and time-management skills

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license is required.
• Bankruptcy experience is required.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume caseload is expected.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with individual/consumer clients.
• Ability to handle sensitive and difficult client situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are needed.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume bankruptcy caseload from signing through completion.
• Prepare for and attend bankruptcy hearings and related proceedings.
• Conduct frequent and back-to-back client meetings.
• Advise clients throughout the bankruptcy process and clearly communicate next steps.
• Manage expectations and navigate challenging client conversations professionally.
• Move efficiently between hearings, client meetings, case work, and competing priorities.
• Maintain accurate case management and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborate with intake and support staff as matters transition to the attorney.
• Ensure cases continue progressing in a timely and organized manner.
