ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Project Manager Co-op for Spring/Summer 2027 in Omaha, NE. The 6–8 month full-time program offers hands-on experience supporting estimators, schedulers, design meetings, and site visits while you balance school commitments.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, collaboration with owners and teams, and exposure to permitting, buyout, and billing processes. Housing stipend available based on need.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale
• Prior internship or co-op construction experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Estimating: describe project proposals and assign dollar values
• Scheduling: create a working timeline for subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Design meetings: attend design reviews with owner and team
• Buyout: issue bid instructions, schedule and drawings; evaluate proposals
• Permitting: complete permit forms and coordinate with authorities
• Shop drawing and submittal review: route to PM and coordinate material orders
• Billing: manage subcontracts, change orders, pay requests
• Job site visits: inspect sites with PM to ensure smooth progress
