Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Austin, TX seeks a Managing Partner in Training to drive club profitability, lead a high-performance team, and deliver outstanding member experiences.

You will recruit and onboard staff, set daily/weekly KPIs, maintain a clean facility, and uphold compliance while growing the business with energy and integrity. This role offers growth potential across our expanding Texas network.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in fitness or service settings.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removing staff.
• Familiarity with inventory control and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are handled promptly to boost retention.
• Monitor staff performance with KPI tracking and coaching.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new talent to build a strong team.
• Coach team members to drive sales and service excellence.
• Maintain a clean, high-quality facility and operations 24/7.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate process execution.
• Manage club inventory and restocking.
