Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Tyler, TX is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to accelerate club profitability by energizing the team and delivering exceptional member experiences. You’ll lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking while ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes high performance culture, aggressive growth, and internal promotion. A background in fitness or service management with strong people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to recruit, hire, and onboard amazing talent.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all times.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance.
