Qualifications

• Must graduate from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Offer coaching, guidance, and training for staff development.
• Assist leadership in growing the center and market through program and business development.
• Support staff engagement and retention efforts.
