Select Physical Therapy in Kenneth City, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time Center Manager in Training role. You will lead clinic operations, mentor staff, and grow physician and patient portfolios while delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic care.

The role offers a starting salary of $85,000+ per year, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350/month student loan support, with potential promotion to Center Manager within 12–18 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
