Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of center operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coach staff and manage daily routines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and classroom coverage to maintain ratios.
• Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs and coach staff in real time.
• Maintain accurate child and staff files and complete required reporting.
• Prepare compliance and corporate reporting documents.
• Handle routine parent communication and provide tours for prospective families.
• Provide supervisory coverage in the Director's absence and support onboarding.
