Job summary

Orkin in Houston seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and grow a pest control business with an industry leader backing. You will drive revenue, manage P&L, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and holding sales and service teams accountable for daily activities and achieving results.
• Provide inspirational leadership in delivering customer retention results through development of a motivated team.
• Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching and training opportunities.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and strategically invest in growth while balancing expense margins.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, select and train sales, service and customer service staff.
