Job summary

United Care ABA-New Jersey is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children under BCBA supervision and to advance toward RBT certification. We offer both in-home and center-based positions with training and mentorship to help you grow in the ABA field.

You will follow individualized ABA plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with a supportive team aimed at client success. Training, supervision, and opportunities for long-term clinical roles are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and required training.
