Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Behavior Analyst in training to support the Clinical Director by developing curriculum, training staff, and writing behavior plans for individuals we serve.

This role provides intensive supports to improve language, adaptive, and social skills, and requires enrollment in an MS/MA program with approved BACB coursework; supervision hours and eventual BCBA eligibility are part of the growth path.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required and enrolled in an MS/MA program with approved BACB course sequence.
• Obtain supervision hours as required by the BACB.
• Pass the BCBA exam within 6 months of completing degree and supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior support plans including functional analyses and assessments.
• Train staff and ensure treatment fidelity through regular staff meetings and program evaluation.
• Measure progress and document outcomes with narrative and graphic progress reports.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and standards and present programs for Human Rights Committee approval when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and inform parents/guardians and others about interventions and progress.
