Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Behavior Analyst in training who will support the Clinical Director by developing curriculum, training direct service staff, and writing behavior plans for individuals served by the program.

The role requires a BS/BA and enrollment in an MS/MA program with an approved BACB sequence. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing plans, training staff, and reporting progress with adherence to BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree and enrolled in MS/MA program with BACB course sequence.
• Degree/Certification: BS or BA with MS/MA in Psychology or related field.
• Must pass the BCBA exam within 6 months of degree and supervision requirements.
• Complete CPR, First Aid and OSHA training annually.
• Obtain and maintain SOAR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses and develop behavior support plans for individuals.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, train staff on programs, and evaluate treatment fidelity.
• Write progress notes summarizing progress in narrative and graphic form.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and standards; present programs to committees as required.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and inform parents/guardians, state employees, teachers and others of plan interventions and progress.
