Job summary

Developmental Specialty Partners is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training to advance toward BCBA certification. You will work under BCBA supervision, supervising RBTs, updating treatment plans, and collaborating with speech and psychiatry teams.

Ideal candidates are completing a master's in ABA or related field and actively accruing fieldwork hours, with strong organizational and clinical writing skills and a commitment to family-centered care.

Qualifications

• This role requires enrollment in or recent completion of a master's program in ABA or related field.
• Seeking individuals gaining supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification.
• Opportunities to develop case supervision, program development, and clinical decision-making under BCBA oversight.

Responsibilities

• Update client goals and treatment programs using DSP systems.
• Provide direct supervision to Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training to strengthen assessment and supervision skills.
• Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans based on data and clinical judgment.
• Meet with families for treatment guidance and parent training.
• Contribute to assessment and reassessment reports with training.
• Receive coaching and supervision from supervising BCBAs.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and Child Psychiatry providers.
• Provide direct client services as needed per clinic requirements.
