Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear/apparel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, merchandising, restocking, and scheduling.
• Take supervisory role in Store Manager's absence.
• Support staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain communication with Store Manager about inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
