Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced store environment. You will serve as manager-on-duty, support the General Manager in recruiting, training, scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service and product quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, attendance, and the ability to manage inventories, schedules, and store operations with a high-energy, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and integrity.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are expected.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation with valid license/insurance.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members and manage schedules.
• Experience with inventory control and labor cost management.
• Familiarity with computer basics and word processing/spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment, training and scheduling of Team Members.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Provide consistently high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Foster productive Team Member relationships and mentor staff.
• Build relationships with customers and community.
• Handle cash, reconciliation and reporting.
• Oversee inventory control and management.
• Support General Manager in marketing efforts.
