Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced store environment to lead operations, mentor team members, and drive excellent customer service.

You will manage scheduling, uphold brand standards, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with the General Manager to maximize sales and profitability. This role offers growth opportunities and hands-on leadership at the store level.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance.
• Experience in inventory control and managing labor costs.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members and manage schedules.
• Pass background check and motor vehicle report.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work under stress.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and proprietary software PULSE and PWR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to General Manager.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment, training and scheduling.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies.
• Deliver high quality product and service to customers.
• Maximize sales and profitability by meeting food and labor goals.
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Foster productive Team Member relationships and mentor staff.
• Build relationships with customers and the local community.
• Handle cash, reconcile receipts and generate reports.
• Oversee inventory control and management.
• Support GM with marketing efforts.
