Job summary

Bagel Brands in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to grow into a store leadership role and help shape district-wide strategies for Caribou Coffee. The AGM partners with the General Manager to run the store, develop the team, and create community impact.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a hunger for development, strong customer service, and a willingness to step into leadership to drive store performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership capabilities to progress toward General Manager within a year.
• Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly service and motivate the team.
• Drive sales by connecting speed of service with customer experience.
• Resolve problems calmly with focus on root causes and sustainable change.
• Maintain store financial controls and cash-handling policies.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, waste control, and date rotation.
