Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Partner with GM to run store operations and drive sales goals.
• Resolve problems calmly with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
• Manage store funds and enforce cash-handling policies.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste control to support profitability.
• Lead with Caribou's values and foster a culture of ownership and service.
