Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Most recent degree completed within the last 24 months.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Geographically mobile; program locations vary.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations.
• Participate in structured career development with coaching and mentoring; engage in on-the-job learning.
• Attend a significant training curriculum including LEAN Six Sigma, APICS, and Supply Chain processes.
• Network globally and cross-functionally; lead program initiatives or projects with peers and leaders.
• Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.
