Ideal candidates have 18+, HS diploma or GED preferred, 1–3 months related experience, ability to work day or night shifts, and valid US work authorization. Driving license preferred; transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1–3 months of work-related experience or training.
• Able to work day or night shifts.
• Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Provide own transportation to and from work.
• Driving license preferred.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt roller for compaction of asphalt and dirt on road and site projects.
• conduct equipment inspections and perform maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure worker welfare.
• Assist on other job-site duties as assigned by supervisor.
