Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 months of related work experience or training.
• Must be able to work day or night shifts.
• Must perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
• Provide own transportation to and from work.
• Driving license preferred.
• Must be able to prove legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt roller to compact asphalt and dirt on roads and sites.
• Assist in general job site operations as needed.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and routine lubrication.
