Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform steady to intermittent physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, shoveling, and raking.
• Strong communication with supervisor and testing technician about mat compaction efforts.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Operate roller in successive overlapping passes over surfaces to be compacted, achieving desired compaction and smoothness.
• Communicate with supervisor and testing technician about mat compaction efforts.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
