Jobot is seeking an experienced Asphalt Quality Manager - P.E. to lead quality control for asphalt production in Las Vegas. The role oversees testing, NDOT/ASTM/AASHTO compliance, and a team of QC technicians, driving process improvements and ensuring safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a P.E. license, 5+ years in asphalt operations, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. On-site with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.E. license required.
• Minimum 5 years in asphalt production, quality control, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of NDOT, ASTM, AASHTO standards.
• Experience leading a QC team with good communication skills.
• Experience operating and maintaining lab equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of asphalt production quality and NDOT/ASTM/AASHTO compliance.
• Develop and manage quality control processes and procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise QC team; provide training and guidance.
• Conduct inspections and audits; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent quality.
• Manage laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare and present regular QC reports to senior management.
