Responsibilities:

As a Asphalt Quality Manager - P.E, you will:

2. 2. Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes and procedures in accordance with industry best practices.
3. 3. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the quality control team, providing training and guidance as necessary.
4. 4. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
5. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in quality across all operations.
6. 6. Manage the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable testing results.
7. 7. Prepare and present regular reports on quality control activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. 2. Professional Engineer (P.E) license.
