Job summary

APAC Atlantic, Inc., Asheville Division, is seeking a Crew Member to support asphalt plant operations. Responsibilities include assisting with loader tasks, maintaining production levels, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have basic construction experience, a valid driver's license, and are willing to work extended shifts, nights, and weekends as needed to keep the plant operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Operates loader and other plant equipment safely.
• Adheres to OSHA/MSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Works with crew to maintain consistent plant production.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping asphalt plant running at normal efficiency.
• Follow directions from foreman and supervisors.
• Perform general maintenance and material handling tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and proper PPE usage.
