Job summary

APAC-Atlantic, a CRH Company, is seeking a crew member to help keep the asphalt plant running safely and efficiently in Western North Carolina. You will assist with loading, material handling, and routine maintenance while following OSHA/MSHA safety policies.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, overtime, and possible out-of-town work. Prior experience with asphalt plants is beneficial; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations must be followed.
• Experience articulating equipment is preferred.
• Basic electrical/mechanical skills are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment and follow procedures.
• Assist plant crew and perform maintenance tasks.
• Operate loader and various hand/tools as needed.
• Support daily production goals and material handling.
• Follow supervisor directions to meet schedules.
